Service Technicians

As a Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of our business—diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and delivering a great customer experience. You’ll follow a proven process to recommend the right solutions while building trust with homeowners.
This role is hands-on and built for someone who takes pride in solving problems and getting the job done right. All technicians complete a structured, hands-on training program to build technical skills, communication, and confidence in the field.
Installer Technicians
The Garage Door Installer is responsible for new garage door installations, including torsion and extension systems, as well as installing new operators. They will ensure all installations follow Precision Door requirements and specifications based on what the customer has purchased.

The Door Designer is responsible for working directly with customers to provide assistance with door estimates and quotes. The objective of this position is to make sales based on customer needs, desires, expectations, and aesthetics of their home. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated success in closing sales.
As an Install Technician, you’ll work hands-on in the field installing and upgrading garage door systems. You’ll ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in the trades. All technicians complete a structured, hands-on training program to build technical skills, communication, and confidence in the field.
